Vendors/Reviews

Chapel of the Flowers - Ceremony & Photography

My wedding coordinator is Robin - she has been easy to work with thus far.  Reviews to follow.

The Platinum Hotel - Princess Suite

We chose The Platinum Hotel for our accommodations and to host our reception because it is a non-smoking, non-gambling hotel.  This is primarily to accommodate my mom, who is disabled and has trouble walking long distances.  No casino = less crowds/easy access to elevators.  Reviews to follow.

Maggiano's - Delivery Menu

Reviews for Maggiano's are consistently high, so when a knottie (Natasha, I believe) mentioned she was using their take-out service for her rehearsal dinner,  I was immediately drawn to the idea of eating in our suite with our loved ones.  Again, avoiding making my mom take a long walk is always a plus!

Bentley & Wilson Photography - Photo Tour

What can I say....Todd has fantastic photos and crazy low prices.  He was my first priority, we booked him for a 4 hour tour after the ceremony.  If we can swing the extra expense, we might try to add a couple of hours so he can also capture the "getting ready" moments.

Francesca Lombardo - Hair & Make-up

Francesca also comes highly recommended and her work speaks for itself.  I had some trouble getting a hold of her, but now that my contract and deposit are out, I fell great knowing that she will make me look amazing on my wedding day.

Retro Bakery - Mini Cupcakes

Fantastic reviews, both on and off theknot.  We plan to order 4 dz. mini cupcakes in Vanilla, Cookies 'n' Cream, Red Velvet and Peanut Butter Cup.

Car Service, TBD

Not decided, probably Presidential.

Fit for a Bride - Dress steaming

Debi sounds amazing, I'm glad she offers this service.

Alfred Angelo - Wedding Dress

I will go in November/early December - hopefully I lose enough weight by then!

Men's Warehouse - Groom's Tuxedo

Jay wants a traditional tuxedo, he may possibly go with a red tie, but that will be determined later.
